Will I receive certification on this course?
STOP will provide all participants with a certificate confirming their attendance on our course. Participants receive a certificate stating the participant's name, the workshop focus and content, and the date(s) when the workshop took place
What is your refund policy?
We acknowledge that sometimes there is a need to cancel your enrolment from a course/training workshop. If you cannot attend, or no longer require a place, please provide notice of cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to the course start date. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your being charged the full course/training workshop fee.
What is your COVID policy?
We do not require participants to take lateral flow tests before attending workshops. However, if you are displaying coronavirus symptoms, we kindly ask that you let us know and do not attend the workshop. We will issue a full-refund or defer your booking to a future workshop date if one is available. If you have taken a COVID test and received a positive result, we ask that you do not attend the workshop;
We ask also that you let us know if you have a household COVID case, so we can make the appropriate decisions in order to keep everyone safe;
As these are experiential and physical workshops featuring plenty of movement and games, social distancing would not be possible but please speak to us directly if this is a concern for you and we can discuss what adjustments can be made to make you feel safe and included;
Face coverings are not required at the workshop, but you are welcome to wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable.
What are the timings of each day?
Each workshop will run from 10am – 6pm, with an hour lunch break.
Is catering included?
Tea, Coffee and small refreshments will be readily available on all of our courses; however lunch is not provided. Participants will be expected to bring/buy their own lunch.
